• These terms and conditions apply to the User who uses the Online Services provided for any payment made to The Maharashtra Rifle Association (hereinafter “MRA”) for the purpose of registration for any competition / event by the members having shooting ID. Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By authorizing a payment to MRA through the online payment service ("the service"), it would be treated as a deemed acceptance to these terms and conditions.
• The MRA is the Apex body for the Shooting Sport in the State of Maharashtra, responsible for selection of teams for district / state, national and international competitions. The selection is done on the basis of recognised competitions/selection trials conducted by the MRA and /or the National Rifle Association of India and the norms for selection would be as per selection policy announced from time to time.
• MRA reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read the terms and conditions before using the Service.
• Shooters wishing to participate in shooting competitions of MRA must have a shooter ID number. This will be issued by MRA on the recommendations of its affiliated units. Shooters, who wish to be enrolled are required to fill the form, which will be made available on the website. After filling the form and selecting DRA / RC / Registered Unit, of choice, to which a shooter wishes to represent and making payment, the form will automatically be transferred to the DRA / RC/ Registered Unit selected by the shooter, for its approval.
• The competitions/selection trials are conducted according to rules and regulations laid down by the Managing Committee / Any other committee as decided by the Managing Committee of MRA and these are notified through circulars / announcements  on the website / Facebook Page of MRA.
• The entry fee for various events is informed through circulars and is made available on the website of MRA.
• All activities are governed under the Constitution of MRA and rules framed by the Managing Committee of MRA from time to time.
